Held in February at Liberty Grand, the Motionball Toronto Gala marked the organization’s 25th anniversary with a night of fun and philanthropy. Athletes, young professionals, and community leaders gathered in their gala best to support the Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Hosted by Devo Brown and packed with live entertainment, immersive photo booths and a luxury silent auction, a grand total of more than CDN $330,000 was raised to expand access to inclusive sport and community programming across Ontario.

The Louis XIII Winter Terrace at Toronto’s Hazelton Hotel transformed the property’s outdoor space into an intimate and elegant winter destination for the holiday season. Blending elements of French heritage with North American elements, the seasonal pop-up featured a chef-curated tasting menu of oyster with caviar, steak tartare, and grapefruit semifreddo paired with the world’s most coveted cognac by Louis XIII—a blend of up to 1,200 individual eaux-de-vie aged between 40 and 100 years.

Powder Room opened in Yorkville as a new late-night destination from Liberty Entertainment Group, bringing a distinctly metropolitan energy to the neighbourhood. Think velvet seating, marble finishes, and fashion-driven details that make the perfect backdrop for your next night out. The upscale menu designed by executive chef Karina Gilverson featured freshly shucked oysters, bumps of caviar, and prime cuts of steak paired with innovative cocktails shaken up by World Class Global Bartender Jacob Martin.

Surrounded by special guests and VIPs, and moderated by mindset coach Hina Khan, Tan reflected on discipline, risk, and the precision required to compete at the highest level of GT racing—along with the pivotal moment when she decided to become a race car driver. Guests were treated to an experiential tea ceremony and gifts from Oribe, making it a glittering night to remember.

The event began with sunrise Pilates before heading to the BMW Performance Center for an unforgettable driving experience—including hot laps with Samantha behind the wheel of the M4 GT4. By night, the group bonded over an elegant dinner at Tia Carmen in the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas—making it a true celebration of women driving what’s next: in performance, purpose, and community.
